The UN Series Acid Neutralizer filters are designed to provide an economical way to elevate the pH of acidic water. Raising the pH of acidic water stops the corrosion of pipes, plumbing fittings and fixtures. Since the filter media slowly dissolves, a large fill port makes replenishment easy. The media tank is translucent which allows visual inspection of the media level without disassembly. One inch porting allows higher flow rates without pressure drop. A full flow bypass valve allows for uninterrupted water service during media replenishment or while watering the yard. This system does not require electricity or a drain.

The DF CHLORAMINE Filters contain activated carbon specifically designed to remove chloramines from water. Chloramines are a mixture of chlorine and ammonia, which is a stronger, longer lasting disinfectant. It is becoming widely used by municipal water systems. Rubber toilet flappers and faucet seals can deteriorate due to this stronger sanitizer. These filters are easy to install and do not require electricity or a drain.
