The DWSB PERM Series Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System has increased efficiency and productivity. The waste water from the RO provides the power to drive the permeate pump. Treated water is pumped into the storage tank. The result is a remarkable increase in unit efficiency. Since the membrane can fill the storage tank much faster without the hindrance of back pressure, less water is sent to drain and more impurities are removed from the product water. The HF Series is a proprietary, rugged, 2” lead-free brass control valve that assures years of trouble free service. Multiple units are frequently plumbed together to provide high flow rates with little pressure drop. These systems communicate with each other and have the ability to monitor water usage and flow rates. They are fully programmable and you have the option of sequential regeneration; alternating stand-by; immediate our delayed meter initiation; even progressive flow. Multiple unit systems provide a constant source of soft filtered water.

The OXY3 Commercial Series Iron Filters are available that can handle up to 750 gallons per minute continuous flow, 2500 gallon per minute peak flow. Iron reduction is accomplished without the need for expensive chemicals. The pH of acidic water is raised which stops corrosion and speeds up the precipitation of iron and manganese. These systems utilize multiple tanks that feature filtered water backwash resulting in superior cleaning of the filter media. Typical applications include schools, factories, poultry barns, laundries, hospitals, mobile home parks, dairy farms, and irrigation.

The CIMX Series is built with the option of a 1”, 1.5” or 2” control valve. This unit has single unit flows up to 100 gallons per minute and multiple tank system capable of 300 gpm. The EMX Series is built with a 1.25” control valve. This unit can handle flow rates up to 36 gallons per minute. Due to their higher flow rate capabilities these systems are ideal for larger homes with more than three bathrooms. Also, homes with large soaking tubs; showers with multiple high flow shower heads; or unusual number of water using appliances. These systems are perfect for small restaurants, hair salons, small office buildings, etc.

The ODFM Series is a 1.5” Twin tank alternating systems. This softener is ideal for when there is a need for soft water twenty-four hours a day without interruption. This unit has a maximum flow rate of 40 gallons per minute. Perfect applications are self serve car washes, restaurants, small nursing homes, apartment buildings, office buildings, microbreweries, small factories and commercial boiler treatments.

MORE INFOFree Water Testing
Sterling’s laboratory offers fast water analysis and provides equipment recommendation within 24 – 48 hours of sample’s receipt. Water sample bottles and request forms are provided. They are available at all Sterling distributor locations. Results are emailed or faxed to your distributor. It is imperative that the distributor’s name appears on the sample form to be able to send the results. The lab tests for the following secondary contaminants: iron; manganese; tannic acid; hardness; pH; and total dissolved solids.Additional tests may be performed as needed such as: copper, silica and chlorine.
The lab does not test for primary contaminants such as lead or bacteria.
