This isn’t just a claim. Sterling Ultra High Efficiency Water Softeners provide tremendous salt and water savings in three ways. First the “Intellis Control” tracks water usage and usage patterns to determine the optimum time to regenerate. Second, before each regeneration the control calculates the exact amount of salt required to regain the unit’s full capacity. Third, a more sophisticated and more expensive ion exchange resin is used that has higher kinetics. Resulting in far more capacity per pound of salt consumed. UHE resin is far more durable when subjected to highly chlorinated water. It also has improved iron removal capabilities.

XTS Series softeners provide the finest quality water with little or no drop in your water pressure. Common service issues with other softeners are eliminated with the patented injector cleaner. You merely press the injector cleaner plunger every time you add salt to keep the injector free of iron and debris.

IMX Series have an electronic meter that accurately measures your water usage and initiates regeneration based on gallons used. Power outages are no problem with a constantly charged battery that can maintain even the time of day for at least 48 hours. Simple push button programming allows you change settings and start an extra regeneration if desired.

The HEX Series Softeners offers a minimum of 30% savings in salt consumption. This series features an ion exchange resin that has higher kinetics, which more efficiently removes hardness from water. More capacity is achieved with less salt. You not only save money, but the burden of salt replenishment is greatly reduced.
