Drinking Water Systems

To meet consumer demand for high quality drinking water Sterling manufactures several reverse osmosis systems and a chemical reduction unit. Most contaminants (lead, chromium, arsenic, nitrates, barium, sodium, volatile organics, cysts, viruses, etc.) can be removed or reduced with a Sterling Drinking Water System.

DWSB Series

The DWSB Series Reverse Osmosis System reduces harmful contaminants and turns common tap water into the fresh, quality water that nature intended us to drink. A 5-stage system filters water at the molecular level. Drawn water passes through a final carbon filter to remove any unwanted tastes or odors. The result is simply healthier, better tasting water.

QCRO Series

The QCRO Series Reverse Osmosis System produces up to 50 gallons of water per day, so you won’t be without high quality water. The cartridges pivot out for easy removal and replacement of cartridges. Decorator faucet and large storage tank make this ideal for modern living.

Our History

Our roots go back to 1934. This was the year that Charlie Sidell started in the water treatment business with his one employee, Emmett Culligan. They manufactured manual water softeners in their Fort Wayne, Indiana facility. In 1967, the new owners Robert and Rudy Wilfong moved the factory to Churubusco, Indiana. This new location provided room to grow in a rural and more wholesome environment to build the business. And grow it did! The business evolved into the largest supplier of water treatment equipment to the plumbing and well supply trade. Today, Sterling offers a complete line of innovative filters, softeners, and reverse osmosis systems. These products are available through licensed plumbers, well drillers, and pump installers nationwide.
